5 Reasons A Marketing System Really Can Make A Difference.
Yikes! Not another network marketing success post!
Oh yeah, indeed it is. But hopefully one written from an angle you maybe haven’t considered yet that will give you a couple of tasty kibbles for your time and trouble.
Oh what the heck, it’s a short easy read. Go for it already. If you get to the end, and didn’t get ANY value out of it at all, and didn’t crack even one smile, then go ahead and leave me a nasty note telling me that my network marketing success post stinks like rotten eggs. Go ahead…I can take it.
On the other hand, it would be kinda nice of you to leave a little kudos if you did get something out of it. Just sayin’…
So back to network marketing success and why good people quit.
Obviously they quit for more than one reason, and I’m sure you might think of some that I don’t include here (hey, that’s another great thing to leave in the comments). But I’m going to cover the ones I think are the most common PREVENTABLE reasons that people throw in the towel, because those are the ones that are most important to your success.
I’m also going to be expertly weaving the ways that a marketing system can help you with the preventable part. Well, I don’t know about how expertly it’s going to come across, but you’ll get the point of how an online marketing system can help you keep more people once you’ve got ’em.
So… preventable reasons people drop out of a home business and never know the thrill (& that’s exactly what it is) of network marketing success:
Not enough support… new reps feel abandoned. When it comes to building a home business, if you’re not a seasoned vet, you need to know that you’re not alone out there and that you have people that you can count on to answer your questions, give you direction and guidance, hold you accountable, and encourage you. Once your group begins to grow, there’s no way that you’re going to have time to be everything for everybody. Being a part of a marketing system helps to provide your team with the support they need while freeing up more of your valuable time.
It takes new reps too long to get into profit. Putting time, energy and money into something that takes too long to yield returns is a powerful and quick turn off for the average network marketer. While you shouldn’t expect to be making 10 grand in your first month, you should expect to at least be covering your autoship in your first 3 months. Being part of a proven marketing system that shortens the learning curve and provides the tools and training needed gives new reps their best shot at sticking around and experiencing real network marketing success.
Not enough direction which leads to confusion in new reps. Most people want and need a step by step blueprint, complete with training and tools, to be able to take action, and preferably massive action. A confused mind leads to inaction. No action = no growth. The right marketing system will have all that and more built right into it.
The sponsor wasn’t “real” on the front end and the new rep feels misled. You need to be authentic and real at all times. Don’t act like some super 6-figure guru if you really don’t have a clue yourself. People WILL discover who you really are, and your chances of keeping them plummet when they do. While a marketing system does not prevent you from being a faker and acting like an idiot, the right system will fill in the gaps that you leave…sorta pick up the slack so to speak. Of course, the best deal would be to be authentic AND have a system. The system will be the expert for you.
No community. Now this one may sound silly to you, but think about how huge network marketing organizations were built BEFORE all of this internet stuff. Nightly opportunity meetings and weekly training meetings. Your team members would always have a place to plug into to show a presentation, answer questions, provide you with some credibility and provide credibility to you home business opportunity just by the number of people who attended. A system can help to provide all of that for you. A good marketing system IS a community.
