In my previous article called “Moving to Level Two Business Builder”, I explained the difference between level one and level two, and I told you how important it is to work on your self-development. This post is about level 3 business builder: The Master Marketer. So… Let us move on.

ACCOMPLISHED LEVEL TWO BUSINESS BUILDER

You have been on the market for a while, you have your blog, your funnel, and you are already well known on Social Networks. You have done a lot of personal training and you have become an accomplished Level Two Business Builder.

MASTER MARKETER

When you move to LEVEL 3 BUSINESS BUILDER: THE MASTER MARKETER, 90 TO 100% of your marketing is “PULL” marketing. You are doing almost full “Attraction Marketing”. People are contacting you on Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn, or by phone, instead of you contacting them. They know, like and trust you because of the position you have put yourself on the market. People want to join you. You don’t need to ask them anymore. They are buying your products because of you, without even knowing what they are buying! They are struggling and simply asking you: “if I join your company, would you teach me what to do to become successful myself too”? And of course you say “yes”, if you decide to do business with them. You might probably be doing your business full time at this stage. You have become a Master Recruiter, a Master Persuader. You are signing people into your business and leading them to where and what you are, i.e. a master marketer.

ATTRACTION MARKETING & LEVERAGE

You are attracting other business people, leaders, marketers, other master persuaders and motivators. You are taking them where they need to be. You are attracting the type of people you have become. It is “who you are” that is attracting others. Once you plug them into your lead generation system, there is a high likelihood that they will get incredible results, most probably much greater and much faster than the one you might have been getting, because of the duplication that you have put in place. If you start first at Level One, become a Master Prospector and a Master Recruiter, become comfortable with people, then move to Level Two, start to do lot of marketing, produce lot of content, do a lot of creation, and attract a huge number of people into your marketing funnel… If you do that, it is inevitable that once you reach LEVEL 3 BUSINESS BUILDER: THE MASTER MARKETER, you see your business explode! This is where you will be fully leveraged because you will have made a lot of connections.

IMPLEMENTING LEADERSHIP

On average, people like us have a limited number of family and friends and we know from 200 to 2000 people. Unless you have a life style, or career, that put you in front of new people all the time, you and your team members will run out of warm market pretty fast. Your team members will then come to you, asking you what to do. This is where you will implement your leadership skills. As a leader, you need to teach them to become sales and marketing professionals. May be you have created a funnel, so you will guide them into that? May be you have done some advertising that converts very well? So you create Team co-ops that will take them to the next level. Everybody on your team will contribute to pay for this advertising and all will share the beneficial results.

BUILDING A REAL BUSINESS

You will set up “JV” deals with other Marketers that you are already attracting in your business. You are truly building a business and just not a down line. You are creating multiple streams of income from one marketing funnel. More importantly, you are teaching your team and providing them with the solutions they need to make it happen for them as well.

CONCLUSION

You have reached LEVEL 3 BUSINESS BUILDER: THE MASTER MARKETER. You have become a MARKETING EXPERT. It is incredible because at this point, you can truly write your own checks and buy your own “first class ticket” to success. You are a master marketer and people are buying almost automatically from you. You have become so leveraged, that you will find yourself working less than 10 hours and still be able to enroll 4 to 6 people per week. You do less work because you are more skilled. You are attracting better quality people who have money in their pocket. These people are ready to get serious and busy, and to get it done right now! Therefore you will have a lot less coaching and training to do, because you are attracting higher quality people who had success somewhere else in their life and are going to transfer that success into your business.
