I have chosen to pursue positive network marketing with a servant leadership attitude. A servant leader is one who aspires to serve the needs of their customers and team members in their organization above their own. It is not ignoring your own hopes and dreams, but it is realizing that others have hopes and dreams also. It is caring about them, seeing their strengths and building them up so they can acquire their hopes and dreams. This could be a customer looking for product results or a team member looking for a brighter future for their family. A good network marketing leader knows that in helping others, their hopes and dreams take care of themselves. It is a win-win scenario. I think it is pretty safe to say that it is rarely found in the traditional marketplace.
Network Marketing At Its Best
Building a successful business with a positive network marketing with a servant leadership attitude is how network marketing was meant to be. Companies with integrity began with this model not with the attitude of let’s network market this thing so we can make lots of money and screw everyone else. No, that would be a pyramid scam. Companies that have integrity liked the personal approach that the true network marketing example fosters. It is excellent customer service as well as providing an opportunity for people to build successful home based businesses. So, it provides good product and customer service follow up as well as allows people to make a living.
The Servant Leadership Concept Not Practiced By All
Now I know all network marketing companies and their representatives don’t incorporate this positive network marketing with servant leadership attitude into their business practices. I certainly can’t do anything about that. I can, however, run my business with the kind of integrity and compassion that keeps things positive and builds up my customers and my team. So can you. Remember also, that when looking for a place where you will be valued and supported, nothing or no one is perfect. Those who strive to be servant leaders are working to be the best they can be though and that is all that is expected.
It is simply caring for another and ensuring their needs are met. A servant leader gets that their goals will be met in the process. Other leaders will be built up to help others and those to build others, etc, This is how an organization grows and thrives in a positive network marketing with a servant leadership environment.
